Jaguar cars have a history of cars that become shaped by the lattice E-type & the car will break away from the old design. This new car has a single grille design & that will be applied to both corporate sedan & sports car models. The next XK will also be based on this design. There are indications though not confirmed at the time that the concept car is a hybrid drive has a V6 gasoline engine with an electric motor. Transmission is expected to be a new eight-speed ZF automatic transmission system.
